Children's Eye Exam

Many vision problems in children don’t have obvious signs and symptoms, hence why 1 in 4 children between the ages of 5 and 12 suffer from an undiagnosed vision problems which affects their educational performance. So it is important children have regular eye tests as early detection is the key to good vision since vision problems respond well when corrected during the growth and development of a child’s visual system.

We advise on good visual habits for long term goals and this may include discussion about correct working distances to screens, regular breaks from computers and gaming devices, and exercises that promote flexibility in the visual system.
